You do not have to commit at all. You will be introduced to the right manufacturers and then have their personal contact details so that you can start working with them whenever you want.

Typically it will take Jack and his team a total of 7 working days from understanding your requirements to putting you in touch with the correct manufacturer. It can be 1/2 days less or 1/2 days more dependent on the project scope and the amount of product styles you wish to create.

This is not a design or development service although Jack's team will be able to help you with small recommendations based off experience. This service is using the information and references you give us to find and introduce you to the best manufacturer for you.
